05 - Freeze for 30 minutes, then stir vigorously with a fork to break up any ice crystals.
06 - Repeat stirring every 30 minutes for about 3 hours, or until the sorbet is scoopable and fluffy.
07 - Serve immediately or freeze longer for a firmer texture. Allow to sit at room temperature for a few minutes before scooping if very hard.
