01 - Fill two tall glasses evenly with crushed ice and set aside.
02 - In a small pitcher or mixing bowl, whisk together the coconut cream and heavy cream until smooth and fully combined.
03 - Drizzle 1 tbsp of mango syrup and ½ tbsp of fresh lime juice over the crushed ice in each glass.
04 - Slowly pour 8 fl oz of cold pineapple soda into each glass, allowing it to mingle with the syrup and lime juice at the bottom.
05 - Gently spoon the coconut-cream mixture over the surface of each soda, letting it cascade down naturally to create the signature swirling "dirty" effect.
06 - Give each glass a light stir, then garnish with a pineapple slice, a maraschino cherry, and a few fresh mint leaves if desired. Serve immediately with straws.
