# What You'll Need:

→ Protein

01 - 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast, diced
02 - 1 tbsp olive oil
03 - 1/2 tsp paprika

06 - 4 cups chopped romaine lettuce

# How To Make It:

01 - Combine diced chicken with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl. Toss until evenly coated.
02 - Heat skillet over medium-high heat. Add seasoned chicken and cook 7-8 minutes until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from heat and set aside.
03 - Wash and chop romaine lettuce. Dice cucumber, slice bell pepper, halve cherry tomatoes, shred red cabbage, and slice avocado.
04 - Place avocado, Greek yogurt, olive oil, lime juice, minced garlic, salt, and pepper in blender. Blend until smooth. Add water 1 tablespoon at a time until desired creamy consistency is reached.
05 - Divide romaine lettuce evenly among 4 serving bowls. Arrange cucumber, bell pepper, cherry tomatoes, red cabbage, avocado slices, and cooked chicken on top of lettuce.
